“ walked into the cleanest restaurant, and so cute,, The building is really an old fashioned silver railroad car type building, Its been downtown meriden for over 60 years,, The new owners serve amazing authentic Multi Cultural Latino dishes, I ordered the Chicken with yellow rice and beans, with Plantains,, The chicken was moist and seasoned to perfection and the rice was perfectly cooked,,Plantains so sweet and carmelized,, The serving was large, and I expected the price would be much more then what I paid,,, The owners are so nice and spent a few minutes talking to me and answering my questions,, I highly recommend this wonderful place to go and experience if you have never eaten Latin cuisine , you will def have to try Sazon Con Fuego!!! ”
“ The food is AMAZING. there's a large variety of options from cake to empanadas, lots of proteins like pork, steak, chicken, and turkey and sides like beans, sweet plantain, and rice. The menu is very customizable to your desire and the restaurant is very clean. It is a very welcoming place and the music just sets that tone for the customer. The employees are also very warm to their customers, they converse very well and make it an amazing experience for the customer too. ”
